I made ganache twice first one I made with weikfield cocoa it tasted weird I doubted this ganache recipe ,today I made ganache with Hershey cocoa in thick steel vessel on very least low flame and continuous string with silicon spatula now have the best chocolate ganache I ever tasted .thank you for the recipe.Tip :use thik botton steel vessel on low flame and use only Cadbury or Hershey cocoa and add milk gradually ,first make paste of it then add remaining milk,next don't use whisk use spatula .
