I missed the intro and remember this video so vividly although it’s been years since I last scene it 😆

I love how over the years Rosanna has become a better baker she went from using box cakes all the time and now she is a baking machine I also love that with all her hard work and dedication she was slowly but surely able to get a bigger house and kitchen

This girl is cute,can bake a mean nerdy pastry ,and has a pretty awesome personality (from the 3 videos I've watched so far). I'm really tempted to subscribe.

Also, when you make cake pops, it's good to thin out the candy melts just a bit with some shortening. Having a slightly thinner coating makes it easier to completely coat the cake pop and get it out during the dipping process. Lastly, dipping slow gives the cake pops more time to fall off the sticks before they're fully covered with the melts.

THANK YOU NERDY NUMMIES! My daughter had just discovered your page the other day. And her birthday party was yesterday. She had taken her cake out of the pan a little early and the cake crumbled in her hands. Instead of freaking out, she says, "Hey. Lets just make cake pops!" to her sister. I wasnt home so I had no idea. When I got home, these beautiful cake pops were cooling on the counter. You inspired my daughter!! (And her guests liked them to. :) )
