I'm just really glad that DIC decided to make animated shows out of all the classic 2D SMB games..starting with this, that covered both Super Mario 1 and 2..then The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 (my personal favorite) and finally Super Mario World.

For the commercial that used this song in the new movie, they actually got the VA for Princess Toadstool from this show to voice the lady in the commercial.
