Not to be that guy, but this is just the scene in Mario bros the legendary warrior where Mario is slammed to the ground. Only difference is that it’s sprites instead of hand drawn. Complete with Mario’s pupils disappearing when he gets slammed on his chest.

I really like this series due to the fact that we actually know that there is proggress going on thaks to all these live streams. And the animation is awesome too!

I actually never thought someone would use DBD sound effects outside of the game for anything, much more a sprite animation. The Jigsaw Box fail for Bowser Jr.’s toys, Oni’s growl for Bowser’s Oni form (yeah I caught that). Can’t wait to see what the rest of this series has in store!

I loved the Smash Brawl reference with Sonic's Entry into the battle being similar to his entrance vs Tabuu.

If Mario and Sonic eventually gets a crossover game, THIS is exactly how it should be handled. Great work my man!👍

This was an honest enjoyment to watch, the animation and effects were so nice and smooth, and the music on top just had me grinning the entire ride through! this is an inspiring and amazing piece of work you have made, and I can't wait to sit back and continue to watch this series for months or even years to come no matter the wait needed. :)

The Bowser fight was packed with adrenaline! Already, I see how you are trying to differentiate this animation from Mark's. I wonder what other surprises you ave in store for us!

This is amazing mate, I started watching now, couldn't catch to the beginning of the premiere but what matters is that we all watching and even more that you acomplished this and I want to say congrats. I don't know what's exactly your dream but if it is animation, we all start somewhere and we improve little by little, and we keep improving if we put the hard work in it, this is well worth the wait, don't let those one that rush get in your head, because is better to have more time and do something well done, take your time. so again I want to say congrats

Another wonderful, episode to the series, Smashinity this episode is what got me sold on this series. I really loved the amount of work you put into this episode! The highlights for me really were the fights, as the brawl between Mario and Bowser really felt like it had more weight and meaning behind it. Mario's fighting to save the princess, and stop his nemesis but, Bowser's fighting to literally end their feud right here and now! No matter what, then we have the Oni and Super Star forms, Oni felt like a rageing beast that had been caged up for too long, which in all honesty you made feel more believable. Finally, Sonic and tail's introduction as well as Mecha sonic continuing his search for the McGuffin gems really lets us know there's a looming threat and I loved it :)

At least the KZread algorithm worked well, this was in my recommendations for one week straight, and that's why I ended up seeing this and I'm already loving this! I saw SMBGT first and I was confused with this because the story was almost the same, then I realized you also made that one lol. I liked this chapter so much! I was terrified because it seemed to end everytime, but I'm glad it didn't! The animation is so sick and you are doing a pretty good story, keep it up, dude! Take all the time you need!

This was absolutely incredible and it had me hyped for more!! Especially when mecha Sonic will be introduced

The audio from Mario Screaming never fails to make me laugh. The context doesn't even matter, it's just funny

This was so awesome, the Oni Bowser form was pretty cool, and the fight was intense from start to finish Also I like how you gave Junior and the others a time to shine in this episode

Just some food for thought, personally I would've made the crystal bowser used a Chaos Emerald instead, since he found it presumably after the Emeralds had been transported to the Mushroom Kingdom. Good execution though man! Really loving the direction you're taking this time around.😁

There are so much reference in this episode, the reference to dbs broly to MUI goku losing it's power, even musically there are so much anime music I loved and you used all of them so perfectly. Loved this episode and looking forward to watch the next
