They're simply using the same concept. They didn't steal the video from Level Up, and that's all that matters.

@@monkeygaming2841It's called derivative design. Just because they use the same concept and even the same artstyle doesn't mean they're stealing. They aren't step for step remaking any of Level Up's videos nor taking a Level Up video and claiming it to be their own. THAT would be stealing.
