Towel Roll crepe cake
Crepe ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
6 whole eggs
3 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp yellow food color
1/2 tsp red food color
1/2 tsp violet food color
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
Whipped cream:
2 cups whipping cream,chilled
fillings:
sweet mangoes
strawberry
blueberry
chocolate
