You do not need to tile a cloak room but for the vanity area which can also be accomplished by a backsplash.. There is no shower in the cloak room to need floor to ceiling tiles.

Incase ya'll din notice, he matched his clothes with the entire house colour theme 😉

And employ less is more which is intriguing and alluring 🧐! Great unique approach to content ! Now the house 🏡 is roughly USD 315,000 pretty 🤩 steep ! I must say ! It's really nice , except that property in Kenya is over rated compared to other countries. Here in Dubai a similar condor would be slightly cheaper with artificial sea view. All in all it elevates our quality on property. Keep it up guys.

Wow, these ones are very well done, especially the kitchen. This is my type. Can you also if possible translate the size for us into square foot/feet in your future showings. The price is too high tho for living up in the air with no compound/land to call your own.

@@MA-zj6wi We don do ACs in Kenya, that's only found in offices because it's neither too cold nor too hot to warrant AC. The type of cold in Kenya only requires an extra blanket it's not winter type. ACs are only necessary in Mombasa because of the heat.
