@bryc Don’t gatekeep dude, you can get nostalgic for odd things. There’s a pretty obvious difference between the feeling enjoying something and nostalgia. Also just because they haven’t played a certain game doesn’t make them a dumb little kid or someone to talk down to.

I haven’t played most of these But the songs make me feel like The song itself is sad, missing the days it had But it’s bittersweet in the sense that it holds memories for thousands And lives on And even if you don’t have something to remember this song by It manifests intensely into an emotion that you can’t quite explain Can you feel nostalgic for something you never knew?

I love this whole list of songs but I have to say Aquatic Ambience is one of my favorite video game songs ever and this remix is absolutely incredible.

They all still hit so hard. As if I just turned on the boom tube on saturday morning, waved the static away, and got lost in the games.

This is so great. I would love a whole album of Donkey Kong Country music. So many brilliant tracks from David Wise.

That first track stunned me in the beginning. I remember listening to that in the smash bros playlist all the time. I forgot if it was Brawl or Ultimate though, I’m pretty sure it was in the Brawl story on a level though. Really gets to me, the nostalgia

My favorite is Aquarium park, it's awesome. I remember the ocean...

Best Aquatic Ambience mix I've heard so far!

It's 4 PM in the middle of winter. It's still light out outside, but it's dreary and dark. I lie on my bed, not really wanting to move. I'm tired, but I don't want to sleep. I just don't feel like doing anything. My phone lights up with a notification from youtube. "Super Lofi World, huh?" I pop in my headphones, and open up youtube. As the mix starts up, I'm absorbed into the wonderful mix Gamechop has posted. My anxiety's melt away, and I'm reminded that life exists in the present. Thank you, for this mix. Lofi always sets my mind at ease.

It's easy to become hyper critical when we critique people online. I bet if we met the artist irl we wouldn't be so quick to comment. Ok we get it, they were trying to make a clever word play. But nothing in the title suggested it was actually going to be a bunch of Mario tracks remixed. That's was just your interpretation right!?! Hence super lofi world... Not super Mario lofi remix. Big difference right?
