Preemie and newborn 2 to 4 pounds .It will fit soon. Where do people have such small babies?They will shrink after washing and the shorts go over diapers if you want..or just diapers and dress. That's my thoughts are my thoughts. Also they are flat now and her little belly may fill them out.😊🎉
