It differs from sweetened condensed milk, which contains added sugar. You can also use fresh pineapple, make sure it is ripped. Just had to crush it, hope this helps tc

Hi darling, my gelatine set before I put in the mixture. I think put but of hotwater to get it liquid. I had gelatine pieces in the pudding and didn't set well. I did gelatine first then started beating the carnation milk
