    Old Chinese secret. When you’re making your marinade for Beef add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to your marinade. It works as a tenderizer.

    Haha! Don’t let them jalapeños give you a heart attack!😆 Now that’s some wicked marinade JP! I’ve got some blade steaks I’m getting ready to cook on the Blackstone for some Philly cheese steaks and I believe this will work just fine👍 Gotta order some o that JP rub too! Really like your video editing! I’m always trying to tweak mine. TFS✌️

    I'll hav to give ur FAJITA marinade a try.. I think.u said during ur video that I was using a skirt steak ; but can u use a flank steak?? Also how long did you let the meat cook on the indirect side of the grill b4 putting it directly on top of the fire to get those charred markings on it?? What brand of lump charcoal were u using & what was u spraying on the cooking grates?? Sorry for all the questions.. GREAT VIDEO 👍👍

  • @JPBBQ

    @JPBBQ

    4 жыл бұрын

    No worries about all the questions brother. Absolutely you can use flank steak. The meat cook indirectly for about 10 minutes but no more than that. I was using B and B lump charcoal and i used canola oil spray on the grates. Thanks again for watching and commenting.
