    No matter how many years I've been watching people cook on TV and youtube, it still throws me for a loop when I hear Asian people speak with an Australian or an English accent. My head nearly exploded the first time I heard an Asian Chef in Jamaica speak with a Jamaican accent 😂😂😂 Very cool though. I will try this recipe, but I think I'm going to saute those carrots a bit before.

    Great video. I used diced tomatoes, green bell peppers, ham, spring onion, and if you want some heat jalapenos. Please make more content.

    Its better to sautee it for a bit until soft before you put it in the egg.

    Not being funny, but that knife looked like it was struggling to cut the carrot. If the knives are anything like your 'branded' Woks, they'll be in pieces within weeks. Love the food you prepare, but the quality of the woks you sell is shocking - and that knife looks much the same sadly.

    I was thinking the exact same thing. I have a nakiri knife and it doesn't struggle at all cutting carrots. And I definitely don't have to saw through it.
