2023 and I just made this! It was Delicious. I think I added butter when I didn’t need to. I was scarred I didn’t have enough baking grease either. Other then that, perfect! Gave me a Caribbean taste. I paired with baked fish.

I be using the core most of the time. I season it real well and cook it slow & long, and the core becomes very soft just like the leaf. Very tasty too if it's seasoned well.
