Needles used in the video: ch=chain sc=single crochet hdc=half double crochet dc=double crochet sl st=slip stitch inc=increase Sole (blue): 1. 11ch, crochet on the penultimate stitch: sc 1inc, 4sc, 4hdc, (5dc), 4hdc, sc 1inc At the end of the first row, hook and pull out the needle at the first stitch, and the pulling out of the needle does not count as the number of stitches. 2. 1ch, sc 2inc, 6sc, 2hdc, hdc 5inc, 2hdc, 6sc, sc 2inc 3. 1ch, (sc 1inc+1sc)*2, 8sc, (sc 1inc+1sc)*5, 8sc, (1sc+1inc)*2 At the end of the 3rd row, at the 1st stitch, pull out the hook without breaking the thread, use the same method to crochet the 2nd sole (white) Splicing the sole (blue): the crochet needle enters the first stitch of the second sole, hooks the thread out, and crochets in order: 17sl st, 4sl st, (8ch, sl st), 4sl st, 17sl st When the crochet is over, follow the video to make a seamless connection. Confusing the way you wrote the pattern sc 2 inc , hdc 5 inc ????

I am confused, row 3, “inc,sc *2” does that mean 2 sc in the same stitch because on this round I have extra stitches at the end.

Hello~Melissa Austin inc = increase (2sc in the same stitch) Having an extra stitch at the end won't do much, just crochet a short stitch. Happy Crochet. 🥰❤❤❤

Hello Santhalakshmi~ (2sc,1sc)*2=6sc inc=2sc inc is equal to knitting 2 stitches with the same stitch. sc is equal to 1 stitch to knit 1 stitch. *2 equals to repeat knitting 2 times. Happy crochet, thank you. 🥰💗💗
