And the way you explained it so simply the difference between ‘choreography’ and ‘groove based’ just helped to define all the things I DONT have to do there’s NO ‘moves’!! So I started boppin And before I knew it when I stopped thinking, I looked in the mirror and I was moving my arms and turning my shoulders and thrusting around ha ha ha ha ha ha this is going to make my girlfriend cry man thank you thank you thank you blessings to you

Apart from the movement itself, the other side of dancing is the rhythm and learning to listen to the beat of the music and move along with it. Most of the time, people dancing look awkward because they're not dancing to the beat.
