I loved this tutorial, so easy to follow! I just finished making the bottoms for my baby's Cookie Monster outfit for Halloween using this video. 💕

Made these pants but modified the pattern alot and decreased number of stitches to fit my tiny 5 month old grandbaby. I did a red and green strip added a black waistband to resemble a belt and fished red and green tulle to make an elf costume for 5 month old grand daughter. Turned out great. Wish I could share a picture. Thank you so much. I tried other patterns and they did not turn out well. This pattern was just as your picture shows. Thank you very much.

Good tutorial. Want to make one for my grandchild.

I just finished the pants. Thank you so much. Every time i finished a row i stopped and started the same on the other leg. I attached another yarn for the other leg it was easier for me to remember and count. Again thank you verry much.

Yes you can do that or don’t decrease just use a slightly smaller hook size to shape the leg and that way you can make it as long as you want

For the foundation chain, does it matter how many chains I have, as long as it measures 18-19 in. ? Thanks. I tried to chain out 73 chains loosely, but that has been a challenge.

For now I only have the pattern for the little jacket. I haven’t had a chance to upload the pants pattern yet and the pattern is exactly like the video but you can use a bigger hook to make it bigger. You can use a slightly smaller hook.

You need to slip stitch into the first dc in every row then ch2 and make the first dc into that same stitch you made the slip stitch to join.

These are for 3-6m. Use a smaller hook size and make it exactly in the same way for slightly smaller size.
