Listen, I am a late model guy but I keep my eye on these guys for sure. Why in the hell do they race for trash purses constantly? Why doesn't DirtCar get these guys to run in the midwest on a regular basis? It's honestly not a question, just make it happen. They put on fantastic shows and people will come to see them especially on the bullrings. Can you imagine these guys on the highbanks of Husets or at Fairbury? Cmon man this is ridiculous for these machines to not be running everywhere. PERIOD

@@misfitdad4073 same reason west coast style mods dont run over here, theres no pull for them, tracks are different and theres probably no teams willing to travel the distance for something with a high chance of failing.

A lot of these guys do this as a hobby. If the money and publicity were bigger then they would. Some purses are huge for these guys. Matt Sheppard won like 350k last season in winnings. In winter they travel south to the Cajun Swing and a couple other locations. Went to Eldora a couple years ago. They’ve gone to Bristol and race the dirt track championships in charlotte.

Good run??? What did he do,?,?, pass one car!!! The 88 passed a few more then him. If you don’t like to watch passing, maybe you should go to a train station and watch a train go buy. Maybe that’s more your speed.

@@funnycardriver Mahaney is a stand up driver. Williamson is an ass. That's my personal opinion. Getting 2nd and staying in the race is a good run in my book. It doesn't really matter how many cars you pass, it's about where you finish. So Mahaney had a better run than Williamson. Fact.

So you are telling me that finishing where you started is good. In my opinion that’s just hanging on, or content with just idling around. Do you remember when Mahaney couldn’t drive a fart through his underwear when he drove for Buzz. That must be why you don’t like Williamson.
