If you look closely at the Infantry that is hit, they "rag doll" like a video game NPC, and none of them seem to be moving to find cover. When the vehicles are hit they simply "sink" slightly, as if all their tires just went flat. I would say that this is video game footage. And I could be wrong, but I don't think that the Ukrainian Air Force has the AC-130 gunship. (And if you look at the video title it says ARMA 3.)
