@@gravehunter5236 looks like they are breading and frying the chicken. After letting rest, they fry a second time to get it super crispy. Then they cover in a sweet sesame/chili sauce

Everybody love fired chicken.. the fatty acids have a dopamine effect on the brain enhanced by spices. You actually feel a little bit better at eating a piece.

집 가까워서 겁나 많이 먹는데 시장 갈 때마다 삼 ㄹㅇ 개맛있어 매운맛 화끈하고 달콤한맛 존맛 모든 맛 진짜 다 맛있음 여긴 닭강정 집인자 헷갈릴 정도로 새우가 맛있음 여긴 손님 대하는 태도가 좋은 거 같아요 “정량 보다 많이 드렸어요~” 등 친절하심

As I was curious why double frying is a thing: Double frying helps with that evaporation process. By letting the chicken rest and cool between the dips in the oil, additional water evaporates from the skin. When you put it back in to finish frying, the rest of the water evaporates, which allows the skin to brown and crisp quickly before the meat overcooks.

The first fry is to cook the chicken wing completely but not develop the crust too much, the second fry is to develop that crispy crust everyone looks for when eating a fried piece of food. Another reason is that if you are working at a large restaurant they can fry the chicken once to get it cooked before service then when the customer orders it they fry it the second time, getting that nice crust and making the chicken hot for the customer.

이 시장 자체가 저렴하고 맛있는 먹거리 많아요. 이 시장만한 시장 없음. 지금은 독립해서 살지만 기억도 잘 안나는 30년 전부터 이 시장 근교에서 살았는데 옛날부터 좋은 물건 많아서 이사 간 분들도 이따금 와서 장봐가고 그랬어요. 물론 저도... 본가 갈 때마다 꼭 장 봐옴.

After spending 10 years in Korea, I do miss the fried chicken- Namyeon chicken in particular. do-mari chicken joints....Galbi joints. In the US, can't find it locally like that.

this restaurant has good hygiene, probably the most important thing to me....the food looks great and the people seem very nice. Indian-Canadian guy here, when it comes to Asian food, I usually I eat Chinese or Japanese but will definitely try Korean some time.
