SUPER chocolate, fluffy CAKE FOR TEA. Can be done even by beginners
CHOCOLATE CAKE. Cooking time depends on your oven. 50-60 minutes.
2 eggs
150 gr. cups granulated sugar
100 ml glass of oil
0.5 cup yogurt
1 packet vanilla
1 package baking powder
1-2 tablespoons cocoa
1.5 cups flour
Preparation
First of all, put 2 eggs and granulated sugar in a mixer bowl and beat them until they turn white and become foamy.
Then add 0.5 cup of oil and 0.5 cup of yogurt to the mixture and mix again.
Then sift well 1.5 cups of flour, 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa, 1 pack of vanilla and 1 pack of baking powder, add them to the mixture and beat again with a mixer.
Grease our mold with butter or vegetable oil
Slowly pour the prepared mixture into our mold.
After the dough has nicely spread out in shape, bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 55 minutes.
After removing the baked crust from the oven, let it cool slightly.
Once our cake is at room temperature, invert it onto a suitable serving plate.
