SUPER CHEAP & DELICIOUS | BEST Night Market Langkawi Malaysia |

Street food and night market here in Langkawi, Malaysia gives us the best food experience. Temonyong Night Market is well known as a hidden place to get super cheap and delicious authentic local malaysian food & dessert.
A lot of extremely cheap food is everywhere; fresh mango juice, Roti, Spring rolls, Grilled chicken, Chicken Satay, and souvenir and cloths stalls all around. The food was decent especially for the tiny amount you were paying but the atmosphere was what we enjoyed the most. It was the activity we did in Langkawi where we didn't feel like a tourist like every other place. So if you are in Langkawi and want a bit of a less touristy thing to do and get a good feed for next to nothing then give the nighty markets it a go you'll enjoy it.

Too bad they don’t give you guys chilli sauce for that popiah because we do eat popiah with chilli sauce here in Malaysia. And the one she eat with mashed potatoes inside we call it Karipap (currypuff in English). And roti means bread, I think the one she’s talking like in Thailand is called Roti Canai. Plain roti canai, Chocolate/Nutella roti canai, banana roti canai, cheese roti canai, butter roti canai, egg roti canai, etc

The only people I know eating a nasi lemak or any rice wrapped in brown paper right there and then on the street are travellers on youtube 😅😂. It's a bit unusual to eat rice standing or while walking. Usually we would tapau (take away) the street food and would bring home or sit down somewhere to eat. Especially for heavy meals like nasi lemak. 😜

Divert Living After completing the fast during the 30 days of the month of Ramadan, Muslims celebrate aidilfitri. On that day food will be served as much as ketupat, rendang, serunding, lemang, kuih muih and more.

Those 'fresh juices' are actually mostly cordials mixed with a very VERY small amount of real fruit (If they even put any). Vendors who sell real fresh juices usually only sell one or two types of juices (e.g. sugarcane; sugarcane and coconut; pineapple).

interesting to realise that in thailand very few people are overweight, and in malaysia a lot lot more. has to do with muslim culture and way of eating which combines endless carbs with bad fats thus creating obesity big time. put on top the limiting muslim culture where females tend to do less workouts and physical work and males love thick/fat females and you have the result. same is true for most arab countries, huge obesity problems

  • @apisje700

if u are a coach, your statement is pure ignorant. because it is not the religion that limiting a person, but the person it self. i know lot of muslim women at my local gym and for your info islam against obesity. haha seriously bro, most of malaysian male dont like thick/fat women.
