The holding play was an Eagles coaching error. Any penalty on that play results in Eagles loss. The message didn't get passed along to players. PS: The pass didn't "sail out of endzone". It was a TD if timing of route doesn't get interrupted by the hold. 😉

Olson was very biased on his broadcasting. Hence why Brady is coming in and taking his spot. Ole boy was verberally blowing Hurts all game long. And then to say on his arms on his back wasn't a hold. Dude completely missed the jersey hold and pull out of his break. Even when his partner said it he blew it off. He was very biased. Considering he never won anything in his career I can understand why he was pulling for the QB without a trophy

Plus the statement Mahomes Floated the pass, "Out of the Back of the Endzone", when actually it fell into play inside the Endzone..the Hold by Bradbury spun JUJU, causing him to be unable to catch up to it..big call on big play which should of been called. Bradbury had multiple holds and a pass interference not called that benefitted Eagle by forcing Chiefs to punt stopping another drive.

Bradberry pulled more cloth than a lineman with a wedgie. I'm sorry you didn't get the great finish you selfishly wanted, but how about Bradberry not getting burned and holding twice on the same play? Why is it on the ref and not on the player? The player admitted he held. The angles on the replay clearly show it was egregious. It's even more of an injustice to not throw the flag there. Give Juju his credit, he juked the guy bad enough to get him to hold. If the ref didn't call it, why is he even there? Saying it's a "bad call" just means you don't respect the game.

  • @jamesmziegler

To all the people moaning about the flag at the end, Bradberry himself admitted it was a hold and he was hoping the refs let it slide. Class from him and Sirrianni on their responses. A ref not throwing a flag on a blatant hold is equally influencing the game but somehow we have this collective delusion that only a thrown flag is refs picking winners.

  • @tornonet35

They let them battle the entire game then at the biggest moment of the game they throw the flag, it's the inconsistency that makes me dislike the refs. The better team won. Philly had all the calls go in their favor all game... until the end when the bill came due! The Chiefs left 3 points on the field; and the second scoop and score for Nick Bolton was absolutely a catch and fumble by Philly... and was a terrible call. The only reason the game is even close is because of the refs. Steve Spagnuolo is the best playoff DC... and maybe the best overall DC. No sacks for philly is because of the excellent Andy Reid gameplan... and a terrific Chiefs offensive line. Philly could be back to the SB in a few years... but probably not. They went all in and still couldn't make it happen. Keep betting and rooting against the Chiefs because I enjoy laughing at wannabe know-it-all haters. It's absolutely magnificent! By the way, a crippled Mahomes ran for 40 yards... which is far and wide more noteworthy than running back Jalen Hurts exploits. If Kadarius Tony doesn't have the great punt return, there's a good chance the Chiefs score at least a field goal on a long drive and leave less time on the clock for the Eagles to score their final TD. All the "ifs" favor the Chiefs; and Philadelphia was assisted throughout the game. The real scenarios y'all never even mention, especially the whiner in the middle all favor the better team. Frigging Jason Kelse and Jalen Hurts pulled off a well choreographed lean backwards that drew Frank Frank Clark offsides. It should've been a clear false start on philly... but yet again the officials favored the Eagles... and had to in order to keep it close. The Chiefs don't even have a true number 1 receiver yet... and when they do the entire football world won't be able to stop them. An undefeated season is coming very soon. Prepare yourselves for the inevitable. The only team that can beat the Chiefs is the Chiefs!

I think Hurts' injury was a bit like this. A bit of gamesmanship, I think. Make people think you're weak when you're strong. Conversely, Mahomes' ankle was, I think, a bit more tender than he was letting on, making people think he was strong when his ankle was actually weak.

After (2) TD plays in which the Eagles defense backs were humiliated. I'm surprised the defensive back didn't tackle Ju Ju on his first cut....Was it blatant? No ....but it was a perfectly timed grab, expertly done. Only the back knows how much he held...and he declared up front that he did indeed hold Ju Ju....I hate that he grabbed Ju Ju....it taints a fantastic game. Jalen played an incredible game...Eagles defense got exposed a bit...it took Spags to show us.....Still a great game..... Go Chiefs!!!

He held and pulled on him 2x not once, he turned him around. Which impacted him to slow him down to run his route. But yea it’s the Chiefs and everyone hates and don’t like the fact they are this good. It’s all good we keep on keeping on.

I find it interesting, they always say, eagles had a minute an 48 sec0nds left to play if the flags wasn't thr0wn but what they fail to realize is the Eagles only had one time out left, So it's very possible time would have run out after the kick, if the Chiefs would had to kick it to them. Because, now the Eagles would have been in passing mode/ more risky for the Eagles, then running.

I didn't think it was a hold but I thought other ones in the first half weren't called. And a different crew may not have overturned the fumble / defensive td. You hate to see a game decided like that though

Was there a more gutsy performance in a Super Bowl than Mahomes? He literally won the game on one leg. He pushed his team by sheer will and heart in the second half, when it really counted. Right now he's the greatest quarterback in the game, by far. If he stays healthy he may be dethrone the GOAT himself.
