It's a comedy!

Cheesy, one line riddled, poorly acted, horribly choreographed, absurdly paced and all the other things that made movies from that era so fun to watch. There is zero character development, like why does he even have a partner? They have extras who have more lines in the movie than his partner. He spends 25% of the time talking, 25% of the time running away or hiding another 25% trying to get laid and the last 25%, as if an afterthought, trying to shoot but not hitting anything. It took so long for his gun to show up on scene that I thought he didn’t have one for half the movie. I still watched it though, so if you like 80’s and 90’s flicks and you are bored to tears, have low expectations and time to burn, there are worse movies out there, sadly. 😂
