A super interesting theory/suggestion I saw was that Konami is connected to the yakuza, and the yakuza wants Konami to go under because they're not making good money. This was also the reason they went into pachinko.

lance5445 we all know this but we all fucking go and play his next game every fucking time. you cant stop the lord of sadness and failure of game design. if you hate david cage, it makes him more powerful, if you love david cage, it makes him more powerful . david cage exists because he wills himself into the reality of immersive game design.

I never thought this day would come. I watched this live and their reactions still get me excited.

I love how for all the really serious, big Sony knockouts like God of War, RE7, and Death Stranding, Matt is just like, "Looks cool" or is just cracking a joke but when the Spiderman game comes up, he goes fucking _nuts_. It's kinda cute how much of a child Matt is at heart.

I was wondering why they thought it was a made-up word. The meaning seemed obvious to me. But I also thought that maybe "Death Stranding" is just the name of a place and didn't have to make sense. Is it that uncommon of a word that people who only speak English don't even know it?

I think if the new God of War has a more mellow Kratos who recognizes that he's the one to blame for all his misfortune, that he's fucked over the world with his petulant bullshit, and is now trying to atone in some small manner, even if it's just raising a kid to survive in the shitty world he's created, that I might actually give half a shit about him as a character.

Man, That orchestra was awesome.

Kojima's english gets a little better each time. That's very nice.
