@@kw9377 my thoughts exactly. The thrill of getting a ball is, getting the ball. Not having someone run over full steam to get it for his own glory. Then look like a good guy for handing it out.

I hate how Judge mental fans are when you grab a ball & “Boo” you... only to quickly realize you hand the ball to a young fan and then applaud 👏 Nice Video Zack

honestly everyone in those stands were obnoxious the whole night. the people booing were a bunch of drunk 30 year old men, and they were yellin the whole game 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Your fav stadium is Camden and two of the nicest ballplayers I met were O's Jim Palmer and Brooks Robinson.

Hey Zack, met you a couple years ago outside the gate at the Dodgers vs Indians game at Progressive Field. Just wanted to say I understand the 1 hour before game difficulty it also was an issue for me last week. But luckily I was able to stand outside the gate behind the home run porch and managed to snag 3 balls before the gates opened! Employees were helpful and handing them out through the gate as they were hit too.

Just starting to get into baseball, hopefully I'll see you at a game at Fenway Park this summer. I must say even with the low capacity at games, lots of guts just running to grab the ball going into the crowd, but gotta do what you gotta do. Love the videos.

I've always thought that it would be a cool idea if the teams did this before the games on Easter Sunday, if they just had the players throw a couple of 100 baseballs into the seats throughout the stadium before anybody comes in and when the gates open it would be a massive Easter egg hunt. Some of them could even be autographed

Yes, always nice and empty. Almost feels like you got the whole stadium to yourself.

From PA but was fortunate enough to be there on Jackie Robinson Day, which was a double header. Camden yards is a beautiful park comparable to PNC park. Super annoying rule no fans during BP. Saw a guy you know that day that gave my kids a ball, left there with five balls including a HR ball from Freddie Galvis hit into the right field flagpole area. Great videos

My first ever baseball game was at Camden Yard in 2019 with all the UK scouts, 4000 people cheering for Anthony Santander’s every move 😁

Hey Zack a heads up if your gonna go to PNC park wait till June and later when the times are at 7:05because right now the games are at 6:35 or 1 and they only open 1 hour before but when it’s 7 they open 1:30 hours before so there would be BP

Busch stadium has the same rule this year extremely annoying but I under stand why they do it

I've been wondering what your favorite park was and I'm not surprised. Camden Yards is a doozie lol That place is the blueprint for the modern ballpark and spawned every beautiful retro-modern/retro classic field built over the past 25 plus years. A true gem of the baseball world.

Yupp New Comiskey aka Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago is one of the many parks that were created like Camden Yards

I completely agree with you. That is the stupid rule. Part of the enjoyment of going to the game, especially for kids, is batting practice. So much has been taken away during the last 15 months that something so innocent as batting practice shouldn't be one of them. Is Baltimore the only ballpark doing this?

I'm a season ticket holder. pre-pandemic, you could go into the stadium 90 minutes prior, 2 hours if you have season tickets. My 2 kids have a lot of autographs from visiting players, watching batting practice. Things are opening up now, you should be able to take advantage of the old schedule pretty soon.

@@carstenreese3565 you can usually get some by the away team dugout. The bullpen is too high to get anything useful. But all the players go in and out by the away dugout 45 minutes before game time.

The best day to go to a game is probably tomorrow in PetCo because it is Taco Tuesday and the gates are opening 2 hours earlier than normal so that’s like 3 1/2 hours before game time
