For some things practice doesn't make perfect. She will be more and more disappointed after each failure and would waste so much time just to be made fun of. She should just find something she is good at and makes her happy...and stop listening to her parents about music advices.

Bruh dude they didn’t lie to there kids they meant to encourage them nd ik that’s what you would want and do it too and it’s just that the judge went too far these were there meanest moments in reality but yes to be in the X factor u need talent and they have it it’s his that it didn’t work for there first shot and a lot of people didn’t think it was a shame of them it was on the judge only who thought they were embarrassing in the real fact that people felt bad and thought good stuff about these kids

When your child shows an aptitude for something, you encourage them with lessons, tips, memberships, etc. When your child has no talent in their/your area of interest and you still assist them in their pursuit of that dream, you are complicit in a lie. Just redirect their focus because that's better parenting than helping them fail...especially publicly.

I don't lie to kids about anything. I tell them things that they can understand at their level, but I never flat out lie. It makes them people who don't trust.
