Yep we're in this too - 3 years and still waiting.. Absolute nightmare

The developers can use this to frustrate buyers into cancelling, then raise the price. It’s a shambles.

It massively favours developers and is creating victims. It needs to be gone ASAP.

She is right. These companies are not looking out for you, but for your money and will try to do whatever it takes to get it, even if it means ruining their clients

I mean, yeah…. What are they, your mum? Look, if they aren’t family, friends, or lovers, the only thing about you that interest anyone else is your money…. Or, your votes every 3 years.

Really surprised comments are allowed as they are normally turned off 😺 8:10 & 8:43 "I just feel like I want my life back" & "So It's definitely taken a toil on us" - well sorry to tell you this but all stress reduces lifespan (some more than others) so while you may get back control of your life back the, delays that these people have experienced due to the delaying tactics of these companies will have cost them life they will never get back (even if it is life lost spend feeling happy instead actual time alive). Customer satisfaction is proudly promoted at the center of all companies but in reality it is just a slogan as very few companies (if any) actually place this first in their list of priorities.
