Has long Range of 2,500 NM at 9 knots She is fully function technically and but will need some cosmetic refreshments to bring her back to be shiny.
Accommodation - 5 cabins for 10 guests + 2 additional pullman beds which makes her ready for 12 sleeping guests. Master cabin is on the main deck and has its own ensuite, there is also a captain’s cabin on the fore star board hull will toilet.
Great saloon combined with the galley in the main space and additional upper saloon at the Pilot House. Huge flybridge with wet bar dining table, plenty of relaxing areas and Jacuzzi. There are solar panels at the top of the hard top to boost her with green energy. Perfect launching arrangement for the dinghy from the aft deck with hidden crane. In addition there is another Opacmare crane at the flybridge to launch the Jet Sky. She is in very good technical condition
(I personally inspect her during a long sea trail on January 2022) 2 X MAN main engines 600 hp have been overhauled at 6000 hrs. (Now Jan 2022 has 6300) 2 X Generators from Onan, 2 X water makers, Strong air-conditioning system and well-equipped navigation and communication systems.

An interesting vessel.. with smooth exterior lines. The multiple split levels might be problematic for some as might the interior finishes but the vessel would make a great live aboard for a larger familly intent on a cruising life.
Considering the headroom, a good name for this boat woyld be Hobbit Hole. Lol
Tried checking your website for the price of the Sunreef 70 Powercat , but I can not see the Cat anywhere except in your video section. so what is the owner asking for this Cat.
According to the information you provide it says about the engine's that are MAN 800HP but you said 600HP twice so which is correct? By the way excellent video

The correct is 800 hp. I corrected the specs after realizing that I said 600 hp by mistake. Thanks for noticing and for your posetive feedback

Efficient and informative commentary, but a very dull unimaginative and poorly fitted vessel. Much evidence of veneers lifting and with damaged edges, which will necessitate a re-fit. The boat has no natural charm or feelings of quality. All it has is sheer space.

Well, its not the opulent finishes that later boats have, but its been well used (6300 hours is a lot) so you can expect some minor repairs, which is what is needed. On the whole it seems to have survived pretty well. A few new floors, curtains and cushions will make a huge difference. There were no pictures ornaments or flowers, so the boat is in winter condition and has not been staged for the video. I'm sure it can be spruced up pretty easily, and should make a really good exploring yacht for a couple with small crew. Excellent video, as usual.
