Why do I think that Fatespeaker and Sunny is going to start a war

i shiped this at one point then i found out that sunny doesn't like starflight and if they got together it would be so toxic a relationship isn't a relationship if both don't love eachother #starspeaker

I find Fatespeaker RLLY annoying.... That is why im ok with this Edit: Ty for the likes guys! :D Edit: Since I didn't really specify on what I was thinking earlier so ill explain it now and because in the past 2 years my opinion has changed a bit Fatespeaker was incredibly annoying, clingy, and whiny, so I I who have grown up with people exactly like that makes me want to tear my hair out whenever I encounter a character like her. An example of this is when she tries to make Sunny jealous, she is constantly talking about her fake prophocies, even the dragons she grew up with found her annoying. ( Although they were all kinda jerks, but I would be grumpy too if I had to live with her ) Not only that but she just seems like a ripoff of Sunny if you minus all her good qualities. Sunny is bearable because she is hopeful and believes the best in dragons but she also isn't a ditzy idiot like Fatespeaker. I don't understand why anybody likes her character when Sunny is clearly superior, that said I don't hate Fatespeaker she is just annoying. Another reason I don't like Starspeaker is because it was extremely forced, they had no reason to get together yet they did. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now to defend Sunnyflight While with Sunny and Starflight they knew each other their whole lives and they aren't complete strangers to each other. I can see why Starflight would like Sunny because she is sweet and hopeful about the world unlike Tsunami and Glory's closed minds, and Sunny with Starflight for the same reason because he actually thinks for a second. Also shy people tend to be drawn to louder more upbeat people. I understand the arguement of "ew siblings" but they aren't siblings! Starflight doesn't view Sunny as a sister and just because you grow up together does not mean you have to think of them as a sibling nor are you siblings. Clay may see it that way but its hardwired into his brain, it was even orginally written he had a crush on Glory though that was scrapped so... but Tsunami certainly doesn't considering she had crushes on both Clay and Starflight before Riptide. Also if you read between the lines Glory may have a crush on Clay and Sunny may have had a crush on Clay at some point too so obviously siblings are subjective. ------------------------- Also the idea of how Sunny friendzoned Starflight I find this an invalid arguement because... 1. This is a what if 2. These are fictional characters and you could change said story to make it where she didn't as long as they stay in character its fine and I find no reason in the story for her to reject Starflight other than she didn't feel the same way but would it be better than Starspeaker where my mind groans, "HERE WE GO AGAIN!" whenever Fatespeaker comes around Then yes. Yes it is. I am not saying its canon its not because the writers said so but.... which would be better? That is the question :) ( But if you want Canon here's the evidence I can think of off the top of my head 1. Starflight has loved Sunny for his whole life 2. Sunny feels jealous afterwards and wants 3. Also she kept thinking about if it was a possibility Im not trying to prove its canon though ) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now onto my changed ideas: Sunny doesn't really need anyone rereading the stories I like her better independent! :D Although if Sunnyflight came around I wouldn't complain! Prefer this over Starspeaker bleck! As for Starflight my opinion is ship him with anybody ( ok fine not ANYBODY Starnami or would it be Tsuflight.... Starnami is easier to say, would be scary ) just please can Fatespeaker take a backseat. Lucky for me she is rarely mentioned after Book 4 ... phew Anyways thank you for reading my rant. Edit: Also its possible it may still happen so....
