I love your videos and how you present them, unlike so many called Muslims with the hair, makeup and fake attitude. I wanted to add that the prophet peace be upon him didn't consume lots of meat and always had whole grains. He would sleep early and wake up very early too. Never-ever drink water during meal @ all costs as it causes unnecessary ailments such as gastritis, blood-thickening, chubbiness etc. J.K; Allah guide us all believing muslims including all those non-muslims whose foreheads faiths/imaan r written.
