Sunidhi is not underrated . The woman is arguably the most credited singer in Bollywood in last decades. She had sung almost 150 songs in a single year😵. A true STAR. Agar KZread ke zamane mein Sunidhi ka peak hota toh it would crash every day.😂 Anyway Go listen to her Aashiq Awara, a bop💅

Yeah "Dhoom Machale" was a huge success during that year.

Her not getting nominated for Chameli just makes me sad. Sajna ve Sajna and Bhaage re mann are some of the most beautiful melodies in Bollywood. Good music should be appreciated.

Sunidhi was bit unlucky in terms of awards because most of the awards went to shreya,. But shreya is my fav. But i respect sunidhi a lot, she has changed the image of a female singer, she broked the stereotypes that famale voice should be like lata ji' and shreya's type, she carved her own niche in the industry and she forced the music directors to frame a song specially for her voice,.. Because of her we have singers like mamta, rekha bhardwaj ji, shilpa, and now many more because they got motivated that they too have chances to get successful with heavy voices.. So hats off to sunidhi, she led the foundation of different institution of music in india

@@wasabi307 that's y i said sirf 2-3 saal roka hai, and yes filmfair is biased but not towards sweet pitched voices, kuki agar aisa hota to shreya ko filmfare milna chahiye tha, Ghar more pardesiya ke liye, Taare Ginn ke liye, sun rha hai ka tu ke liye, Teri meri, ye saare songs ke liye but filmfare nhi dia, filmfare biased to hai kuki vo nepotism ko support krta hai, and shreya never been a part of nepotism nor sunidhi.. But i agree, Shreya's honey voice prevailed sunidhi's dhmaake daar voice,

In India awards are bought , not given especially that filmfare awards . Shreya has got immense support from Bhatts and Sanjay Leela Bhansali . There are many artists like Shreya Ghoshal such as Bela Shinde in Marathi , Chinmai in Southern Industry etc etc . But Sunidhi is one and only one that's why Lata ji called her fav and respectively called Shreya Ghoshal number 2.

She should have definitely got award for Dhoom Machale. I guess Alka Ji won that year. Alka has won so many Filmfare for her simple songs just coz she had a sweet voice. Sunidhi has been ignored for Udi, Dhoom Machale, Aa zara, Neeyat, Mehboob mere, Ae watan, Kamli , Udta Teetar, main mast etc etc.

😂😂yeah that's the reason why shreya got 4 national awards and more than 20+ state awards and iifa awards from South Indian industries... Trust me shreya is more over a lata mangeshkar ji... Even lata ji failed in singing in South Indian languages shreya just sing and mesmerized and people love her more than any singers.. She just earned them not by like sunidhi pr fans.. 🙌trust me...
