This is the definition of good indie music. I love witnessing them explore their sound with this song and Wall Watcher. Really growing into a band after that great EP. Loved you at Beach Goth!

The use of Valarie and Her Week Of Wonders as a theme was so well done in the context for the meaning of the lyrics in the song! This was such a well shot video! How is this band not talked about more??!

There is something inherently perfect about this song and video. The jangly guitar. The fall setting. I can't pinpoint it. Perhaps it is the combination of so many wonderful things. Thank you for this unique combination of sound, video, and atmosphere... I'm going to watch it again.

Jangling guitars and soft-spoken vocals. All shot on vintage film. This has been stuck in my head for 2 weeks straight. Feels like I'm listening to it for the first time every time.

But I was wrong on the New Romantic line (apparently that describe the kind of new wave in the american eyes), I was thinking that was the description for Johnny Marr like guitar that you hear from many different bands these days, by DIIV and Wild Nothing (Both Brooklyn affiliated like Sun Flower Bean) But those are american bands taking shoegaze, dreampop and okay New Wave? Then again New Wave as a genre was used to describe American bands like the Velvet Underground. But yeah, MTV changed that definition as it was only UK artists that made videos and they needed something to describe the next wave of punk.

sunflower bean has lots of sounds. this song sounds new wave to me...like flock of seagulls. but other songs sound like psychedelic 70 sounds...when i saw them some parts of songs sounded like black sabbath. how would you describe the wonderful band Wolf Alice? there's another complex sounding band.

This will always be my favorite SB song!

Everybody in this band rocks. Mad props to the guitar player, he fills things up beautifully with a georgous but very revealling ultraclean guitar sound

I was listening to Rhye - Open when this song was recommended via and advert by Vivo. I have to say, I haven't stopped listening to it, and it's been 24 hours since it was first advertised to me.

I heard this song for the firs time last night on my first date. It was like a movie scene. He said to stop being nervous so i said "Easier said than done" before that lyric even was even sung. It was really awesome.

The sweetness of her voice and her dance make me fall in love

She really does have that sullen-sexy look down. And fantastic harmonies during the chorus.

This feels like the perfect song for fall.

It's nice to run into artists that still believe in the old ways of music. There ain't nothin' but the old ways.

What a refreshing sound it reminds me very much of Sixpence None the Richer, 10,000 Maniacs and the Sundays . Beautiful vocals and wonderful composition Sunflower Bean is some amazing stuff.
