Let me tell you about how real the jet lag is coming from Hawaii and arriving in NYC at 6PM. If you are team no sleep, take that flight. If you're not, don't take it.
I've done the same flight for the last couple years and I usually shower and take a nap really quick (cuz I can't sleep on planes)
