I’m glad you decided to post this. One of the reasons I still watch your videos is because you’re down to earth, like what you film and speak about is real and relatable. & you mentioned most of the methods I use to heal, but I want to say that fasting has also worked for me. Like especially when the heaviness from the trauma feels like it has no end, it literally helped to lift the burden off of me

Things I’ve done to heal: -Praying -Distancing myself from whoever may have hurt me -Journaling -Talking to friends and family -and just giving it time. Letting time take its course.

I love love the transparency and I do think most of us have been a fool or played the fool in some circumstance. We all are unique so our struggles are not the same. But God in His mercy and grace allows us to grow from these situations for sure! Whew thank goodness lol 😂 Wisdom is something definitely you can achieve through God, applying the truth, and the word to our situations. We truly have to allow The Holy Spirit in so He can help us navigate our situations:) He is a teacher….a guide…a comforter….etc. We always need God and His Spirit. I look forward to your vlogs! ❤️ You are a sweet person and your light is shining:) Oh and what you think is babbling isn’t. It was real truth honestly. That’s how God uses us sometimes. Sometimes it’s not how we think it should be but it can be very effective. He is getting the Glory.❤️🙏🏾🙌🏽
