I sure miss Mom cooking us red beans and rice and gumbo. I need to drop by Bergeron's In Bossier next time i am around there and stock up!

I hear you! My mom is in a home right now due to dementia and she had showed me how to make them a few years ago. I always bring her a helpin! Been ordering stuff from down home to make gumbo and jambalaya.
