Hopefully not. Robin said she feels like he's still alive, I don't think Hoyo could add such dialogue if he was truly dead, so maybe we will see him again someday. Remember like March said she felt like Robin is still alive in 2.1 quest? This may be the same situation and a hint for the future. Plus, Sunday's body wasn't found and he is still a wanted criminal, so he might be on the run now
