Do you know how I can join a Sunday league squad.i have an urge to play some football and can play quite well at defensive positions(could stop bpl youth wingers in highschool with my sheer pace and strength along with my sense for defending) I just turned 18 and want to know what I can do since want really keep on playing football

Actually thought the ref did alright, he got a couple of decisions wrong but played some good advantages and didn't bottle the red card. Its football and you're not gonna get every decision right, I can understand the lads frustrations but they need to focus on the game and keep the lead. This discipline problem will cost the lads games if they carry on like this.

Disagree. Thought the referee did a fine job. Disappointed in the Palmers crowd. Far too much complaining. Have some decency for the man - difficult job when you don’t have a 3 man crew.

Playing the advocate's devil here, I think the ref was doing a rather good job. It was raining bananas, to quote Smiv, and slidings are far more dangerous then. The ref was just trying to protect the players. But it is still Sunday League, you can't expect a ref to do everything perfectly.

Been watching since the early days. Im a fan all the way from Australia! I never comment, but just wanna say I've been very disappointed with players behaviours in the last two videos. Both coming from new additions to the club. Getting to put on the Palmers shirt should be a privilege, and i think apologies are in order from both players. It's great to see the club is growing, but do we really want it growing in this direction? It's hard to fathom that a Sunday League side can have such influence, but a lot of these boys are role models to kids watching at home, let's not forget that. Cheers boys!

jmanting lol yeah, Sunday league footie at its best... I remember a game we played, the ref was too hungover from the night before and decided at the last minute to pull out - so one of the regulars from the pub we played for volunteered. No idea why it didn’t turn into a fight when it blatantly obvious he was doing everything he could to make sure we won. Great stuff 😉

Appreciate the response. I love the channel and know that you can't control people or censor what they say, that would be ridiculous to ask. But there is a chance to be role models here and get behind the Respect the Ref campaign. That's all I'm saying.

Started this looking at the comments before the video about the ref and thought na refs are like cops no one likes them but they have a job but wow. That guy grabbing the football from the keepers hands deserved at least a yellow.
