It is the homily Sunday for the Good shepherd sunday on 4th Sunday of Easter, Year B. Why does Jesus say that he is the Good shepherd? as a Good shepherd, he layed down his life on Good friday in order to save us. On this Good Shepherd sunday , we are called to pray for vocations so as to listen and follow christ, Our Good shepherd. Indeed, every 4th Sunday of Easter, we are invited to reflect on vocations because christ, the good shepherd leads us beyond death, to heavenly green pastures, eternal life. Are we good shepherd in our society? family or in place of work? united to christ, let us chasse the smoke of satan as the false shepherd who enters in to our life.
