Dressing, you need to make a stock separately and homemade cornbread in a pan. Break up the cornbread in the pan and pour the stock in. Add the seasonings, gizzards and finely diced veggies, don’t add too much sage mix real real good and bake… my granny would put browned/seasoned chicken legs in… but you don’t need to add eggs like mac and cheese because you don’t want to bake it to be cakey or cornbread consistency. We don’t do dry dressing, especially not with jiffy mix cornbread. Once done baking, open you a can of cranberry sauce on the side and boom you got dressing.

Next time brine the turkey then inject it with butter no more dry turkey. I smoke turkeys and that what I do it work for turkey in the oven. Brine in saltwater with ice

But if y'all want a sweet potato pie recipe I got y'all on that I've making them since twelve and I'm 30 but you did right by baking then sweet potatoes rather then boiling cause it remove vital nutrients from the Sweet potatoes. I add gizzard and turkey neck to my stuffing and gravy southern delicacy
