Sunday Brunch - DIY Brunch Ideas
Brunch is a great and fun way to entertain for your family and even friends. In this video I'm showing you how i setup my Brunch buffet. I hope you get modern DIY brunch ideas from this video and enjoy my buffet layout.

Mac & Cheese Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g macaroni
1 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
4 cups (1L) heavy cream (35%) (you can put milk, I prefer cream)
1 teaspoon Salt (up to you)
1/4 teaspoon black Pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of garlic plus (optional)
1teaspoon of Creole seasoning
1 maggi cube or broth
1 cup of diced cooked ham or bacon (or both why not...:))
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Heat large pot of salted water, cook the macaroni to al dente (1-2 minutes less then package instructions).
4. While the pasta is cooking, you can start with your sauce In a large pot, melt the butter, add flour and whisk over medium-low heat (Béchamel sauce). Cook for a couple of minutes, whisking constantly. Gradually add the cream and whisk until smooth. Cook until thickens, for about 5-6 minutes.
5. Add the cheese (both cheeses) to the sauce and whisk until melted after each addition. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Add ham and all the spices/seasoning
7. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
8. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. ET VOILÀ!!!
