If fighting is to result in victory than you must fight. Sun stzu said that and id say he knows a little more about fighting than you do pal because he invented it than he perfected so no man could best him in the ring of honor

I read “The Art of War: Accurately Conveyed Edition” on Kindle and it is the most appropriately translated version ever. For example, it translated one of the five elements for victory "天时" into “Whether”, which is appropriate, rather than “Heaven” in other editions. The author has another book about the application in modern times.

I recommend reading the book. It was a spectacular read with comments of other generals of various times

actually Israel should learn from those words. The more they fight against hamas, the more dangerous their country is. theirs attacks againt palestine civilian are creating more and more hamas. They should have learnt to win without battle
