I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

I literally messaged with an agent tonight and they said it was just broken. Turned out that when I removed the nozzle, the metal piece stayed on and I hadn't noticed. I watched your video, double checked, noticed the metal piece and that it was in fact rusted like yours, removed it, and the unit started working again. This is phenomenal info. I tried to use my Sun Joe today and it turned on, and immediately shut off. I took off the nozzle tip to see that it was completely rusted over. So I had the same problem... two days ago. Funny, but your video was the first that popped up when I googled but I was convinced that mine was an electrical problem. you are awesome! my electric pressure washer stopped working after two hours of cleaning. This is my third year with it. I'd been experiencing the strange and frustrating pulsating after the unit was away for the winter, and t nj ought something was really wrong with mine. Soaked the nozzle in vinegar for about 10 minutes and Q-tipped it; also poked it from the inside with the sharp end of a corn holder. All's perfect now. Thank you so much!! I was very frustrated because I only used the machine for one year, but I forgot to remove the nozzle and it got rust. I had no idea that could be the problem. I clean a little bit with WD-40 to remove the rust and it finally came out, then I put the nozzle in white vinegar and it had a lot of black particles inside. As soon as I cleaned everything it worked right away!! Thanks!!

The exact same thing happened to me and I skipped to the end and it was just a rusty nozzle! You saved me hours and this pressure washer from the landfill thank you!

Thanks! You just saved me a week's headache and the prospect of "sending it out for repair!" Your video was spot on, and the explanation and demonstration was great. Turns out my rusted nozzle was the issue. That's the problem with these non-constant systems. The use back-pressure to determine if you're squeezing the handle and there's back pressure they don't run the pump until it's alleviated. A clogged has nozzle appears the same to the pump. That's not really that big of a deal because running a pump motor against a static water load isn't going to compress the water (at normal temperatures) and will just overheat the motor.

This video really helped. I had the same problem and thought it was electrical. After watching this video I looked at the tip and sure enough it was clogged. I switched tips and worked as good as ever. Thanks!!!

Damn! I wish I would have seen this before I bought a new GFCI plug. After the new plug didn't fix the problem, I unscrewed the hose from the washer, pressed the trigger on the gun to let out any pressure, and voila, it worked! My next step was to buy a new pressure washer. At least this video saved me from making that mistake! Thanks!

After watching about five KZread vids on how to get my Sunjoe 3200 to start after taking it out of winter storage yours was the one that solved my problem in six minutes....found some dirt in the wand.

Thanks for posting this ! A little rust was plugging the nozzle after winter storage . Need to add taking nozzle off the wand to the storage checklist. Left it in the garage last year and the wand broke . Got off lucky . Could have wrecked the machine .
