I have sun in the 4th house and the way you explaining it's almost all truth especially the one that have to do with mother doing father and guy thing. It is so truth my mom work a lot and my dad mostly clean and inside home. And.... I'am very insider like some people ask me why you never go out and are you not bored dying? I'm like nope! I have sun in the 4th house. You're totally right about my father and my mother's position in the family. You are also (hopefully) right about success in my late thirties. My life went nowhere before the age of 36. My father died when I was 34 and only then was I able to start my life.

Guidomazzo Well, for one, I could not move out of my home town until then. My life went in circles without making any great strides of change. I struggled with my career too. I'm only now just trying to piece my career back together. Good luck and hang in there.

I was very shy kind and introvert a lot of ppl bullied me in school... I stayed in boarding school.. bullying was so much I even tried to commit suicide... But things got better with tym.. I am a lone wolf I don't have many friends but have true ones but very few... It's true early life was very difficult... things got better when I turned 17 and now with 27 age I gained more wisdom from my painful experiences

Hey Jamie i have sun in 4th house in leo- My mom wore the pants for me and took care of most of my things and my dad was in his own world . My mom had taken my fathers role in my home for sure and i do live with my dad but there is this distance i feel from him can you share more about your placement ?

My father used to travel a lot, I love being at home and Im a lot at home. I´m 33 and had a few jobs but nothing in the long term, nothing good. I was fired from two of them after 3 months. I hope that my future gets better.

Both my sister and I have our sun in our fourth house. She died at the age of 45 after many years of drug use due to AIDS. I have struggled but after the age of 50 my life has been easier. I have always been creative and worked in many mediums. My father bailed so yes, we were raised by my mother.

amazing! i and my older brother have sun in 4th house. And he too is battling a drug addiction which... from the looks of it.. has left him a sorry shape before the age of 30. And my father has a pretty much a non-existent presence in our lives I am putting aside my shock at the similarity of our situations and I wish to ask you... what would you do differently for your sister... if you could? I know how drug abusers can be, and my mother is too afraid to not let him "do his thing".... but anyone with eyes can see that hes heading towards an early death... I know its a terrible question to ask someone. sorry.

Related to almost every single point you brought up. My mother and I both have this placement and since a young age, our fathers lived in a different state and our mothers were our primary caregivers. We're very passionate about the home and interior design. Whenever we're feeling creative we always end up painting a wall in the house (red, orange, gold, or other fiery colors of the sun). My mom's house is also ALWAYS hot. The fireplace or oven is always on, sometimes even in the summer.

I love being home & servicing those in the home ...I'm also super creative & versatile...Also my mother did take on the role of my father as he was out of the home...he and I do have a non-existent & distant relationship. As far as success goes, I'm 31 now...married...no children & I'm finally free to express all of my skills in a job that I REALLY love...As a beauty consultant I definitely enjoy the aspect of helping others with their health in some kind of way (my ♍ energy in the house of ♋)😁. My thoughts on this came up again this week (and esp now as the moon moved into Cancer). I love the comfort of my home, can go days without leaving it or seeing anyone.
