I saw him too, in Boulder, CO several years ago! Wonderful concert, and I've been a fan for YEARS!!!
I think whoever transferred them from VHS to DVD inadvertently changed the format from NTSC to PAL and made them choppy running, quality is good otherwise, but they are all 25 fps instead of 29.97

Nowadays some of us Cowgirls subscribe to "Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy" just sayin not necessarily subscribed, sitting in the stands observing. Sorta like a Sister, if the right man comes along I'll kick the habit. Love the "Legend"
