Maybe changing the rule "if you accidentally kill enemy healer you have to jump off a cliff" into "if you accidentally kill enemy healer your healer jumps off a cliff" would make people more careful? Because then their actions will punish not them, but the most important part of their team. Plus then it won't be as unfair for the team who lost the healer to a stray bullet.

Killing supp should be punished more because if u kill support even not at accident is trade 1 tank to 1 supp. still big value for side which kill supp.

if a healer die it should be the other healer that kill himself... or stop healing/playing until the other healer is back... because loosing 1 of 4 tank vs loosing your only healer is not a fair trade and can be used a a srategical sacrifice...
