It sucks that they dropped the ball on this release because the unit is super cool. Hopefully this feedback doesn't discourage creative Game Original units like this from being created, and they instead just rework the banner.

So far I didn't get Beast in 2 rotations and also no Evoken in 5 rotations but I actually got Barku on my first 500 CC pull

Yeah I agree changing barbers is more rng that pulling Bardock and Goku, it can be a really good barber or the worst barber you have ever met. Is always stressful

The 3x drop rate is some how worse than 2x ultra rate ☠️

If they were going to experiment with the step-up format during _Legends Fes,_ then they should have given something else in return. For example, if they are going to push out EX units as the go-to side units, then why not double-triple-quadruple down on that? Make EX units passable in the meta, like by giving them another crazy omni stat boosting equipment alongside SP-level kits, and crank up their rates to something like 10% for each new EX. If they're going to give us a _single summon_ for the free step now (so it's barely any better than a 20 CC daily summon), then I at least want them to _rain down_ the other new units in the EX or higher guaranteed steps.

I was thinking about just running one rotation on this banner. Thanks for showing me I shouldn’t, Rai 😂

I just did my first 500 CC pull with the CC from Raid and got them with a Trunks animation. It's all about luck obviously

I think legends is gonna have to do the impossible and give this banner a zenkai next reset because there is no way this a festival banner.😂😂

On that first ever tag unit ons i had one summon where i pulled three copies of goku and vegeta and mow theyre one of my like 10 non event characters thatre 14 starred

Don't even get me started, 2 rotations on Gogeta revive, 8k spent on janemba, 2 rotations on Beasthan and 2 on evoken. guess what, I didn't pull any. I'm out of cc, how am I going to get to the ultra with any hope? Unfortunately, I will have to continue playing with characters from months ago while everyone plays with new ones.

I legit think Rai not only pulled every unit in the entire game outside of lfs, but also almost maxxed out every unit, even pulled the new ex. *and yet he still had to use the pity system*

I think for part three tag red nuova with a strike cover change and blue eis with a blast cover change and green Lf omega with a strike cover change and purple ssj4 gogeta with a universal cover change and gt tag is saved

My summons went terrible I pulled one lf that being full power frieza, and I pulled both new extremes (frieza two times) I spent over 14k cc. The no guaranteed sparking tickets piss me off because that’s where I’ve gotten lucky a lot.

My worst shaft was MUI I've tried summing on him, and on other banners and still to this day don't have him

This was me on the Goku & Frieza banner, pulled 11 LFs & didn’t get them one time, I got 4 copy’s of bardock in hindsight so that’s a win for now I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️

This Legends Fest started out spectacular during part 1, but this part 2 is quite lackluster and underwhelming, especially with this atrocious/terrible banner format. Just having one LF character be the only sparking and no other 1% side sparkings, but only 2 ex characters that nobody cares about since people hate EX rarity due to reused animation, lower stats, and lower rates was also disappointing. I was hoping it would be similar and reminiscent to the 1st part of the 5th anniversary where it was one LF character and 3 other 1% side sparkings to entice and incentivise players to summon since it would have more value and they essentially be getting more money as well or they could've just carried the momentum of hype by realising double/dual LF bnners again with this tag goku and bardock and the other LF being tag Frieza/Cooler and give 1% side sparkings for each banner like part 1 of this Legends Fest or part 2 of the 5th anniversary. How did they fumble this bad! They better not release a banner like this ever again especially during Legendfest which is the biggest celebration of the year other than Anniversary like what a joke. Hopefully part 3 will be better and they do release double ultras or do a ultra with 3 or 4 1% side sparking characters to compensate for part 2 banner and content and make an atonement to redeem themselves.

The fact his vid title isnt in all caps tells us the severity of this situation.

Looking back, this summon sucked partially because of the last step. You have a 1.5% single as opposed to a consecutive summon which would be 10 x 0.5% which gives you 5%
