you're guaranteed the lc if u lose the 75/25 same goes for the regular 50/50s on the character banner

light cones just like genshin weapons are guaranteed at 80 rather than 90 like characters, so when you hit the lc in the 60s that was within soft pity range

i got Firefly early at 6 pity 😊😊

Firefly is gonna be great even without her optimal set, if you are in need of a "for now" set, I recommend 2 piece of thief of shooting meteor and depending on if you can get it, 2 piece watchmaker. If you can't get watchmaker just prioritize substats for off pieces. Hope that helps!

I spend 434 tickets on E1S1 Firefly and E0S1 Ruan Mei. I won on all but Firefly light cone but I got her light cone 66 pity later.
