Haven't watched competitive CSGO in the last couple of years. This mONESY kid is insane!

People have done the math and he’s spent around 11% of his entire life playing CSGO. A little over 1/10. 18 years old. That’s dedication you only see out of pros, so it’s no surprise why he’s so good. That’s why it’s a bit weird to call someone with nearly 2 years in pure game time a prodigy, but I suppose anyone that young and that good will be called one.
@EntrEsprit

@@gregoryent literally more than 1/10 because we can count out 6 or 7 years of his life when Cs go wasn't yet made

You're in for a treat if you're planning to jump back into esports now, the top teams are so close to skill with the gatekeeper tier 1 teams now that basically every match is completely volatile. We even have some tier 2 teams coming out the woodworks putting in great preformances like for example spirit. All in all, great time to be a CS fan.
its good to see the immolate king back in cs again more and more, cs the game that sucks you back in no matter how hard you try get away from it

To be fair, I'm not sure if what launders claimed there is actually true. You'll notice that even though he did the sick strafe jump to save time, he also slowed himself down significantly by not actually pulling out the bomb nearly as early as he could have. If he had instead improved the timing on that, I think he may have had enough time to get the plant even if he didn't do the strafe jump.

I like to think he escaped getting killed by fame in the process
I love a Leprechaun reacts video
I really hope they keep the skill ceiling for movement in CS2.
m0nesy really is improved S1mple, think about s1 when he was 18. There's no way s1mple played with the same level of maturity as M0nesy does right now, It's impressive really. Can't wait to see where he's at in like 5 years. G2 can go so far if they trust him and adapt well to cs 2

@@NOU-iw3gb Movement changes with every iteration. Most source players hated CS:GO movement in the early days. So I'm sure we'll adjust to CS2 movement in the same way Source players adjusted to CS:GO movement. It's just going to suck while we figure it out.

He’s pretty amazing but I’d compare him more to KennyS. S1mple is in a league of his own purely because of his adaptability to rifles (that he’s always had.)
Shows how much 1g is grinding when he don't shave lol
Whenever I run out of things to watch I come here to find (original) videos 😂😂😂
Monesy playing on Mirage window movement is crazy
Timing op!

A lot of pros in the day haven’t mastered movement in CS. The new age is weird this monesy guy grew up playing bhop maps and stying in face it. They are just bred different.
wheres ropz jumping off of silo and surfing on top of the main??:(

@@Alzoryne No you didn't understand. He has 17k hours in cs go and he's just 18 so it's literally over 10% of the hours he has been alive. Do you understand now?
to be fair, m0nesy has 15k hours, which means he plays like 24/7 so his movement is what happens after you play A LOT of KZ
@danny7694

Doesn't make it any less impressive IMO
Someone has to remind summit about surfing. Csgo give really high acceleration on specific slopes. Apparently player models qualify.
5:28 he jumped off the keg
No broky vs NIP on inferno???
Monesy once said he can do this because he playes KZ
TF2 players play CSGO for the first time
M0nesy has the best movement in csgo pro history and there's not even a close 2nd at all to compare to him, maybe ropz. but the stuff monesy does in games is just unreal.
its forest and get_right. theyve been playing cs for 20 years together so at this point they should know how to runboost
Bro can you react to PEPE1207 movement.. he's the next gen Phoon😂
How about "Summit1g outplay himself with movement at de_train"
To be honest mONESY is one of the best player of movement in Tier 1
2:50 sometimes I feel like summit is a bot himself...
0:13 landed 3 bhops that are RNG based? How is that difficult? Edit: 3:31 example of something difficult.
The pros feels like it's starting to turn into world record speedrunning who can find the best exploits
Has Summit heard of surfing? is it not a good way to practice your strafing?
@JohnDoe-uq2qd

Yeah Summit used to surf a lot back in the day
is it because i'm a quake veteran or why aren't most movements not that impressive to me?!
@jordanlimantara1814
10 ай бұрын
Probably because bhops and run boost only makes up for 5% of the game, mostly utilized to get around the map a bit faster or get unexpected timing. Most movements displayed in pro level needs to be deliberate and precise, jiggling 1 or 2 pixel too wide can mean your head blown off or dying to an awp.
The clip at 7:48 is fucking insane
You know, I still think summit could be playing on tier1 together with Twistzz but he chosen to stream over pro scene. And that comes from European.
When the movement happen you put full screen summit, cant see sh***
Normal player does a normal strafe: good movement Pro does a normal strafe: OMG best movement i've ever seen
