Yeah that's the legit 74 ford f250 the very first Bigfoot, it's just got a 1979 ford front clip on it.

This truck, Bigfoot #1 is a 1974 Ford F-250 with a '79 front clip. They changed the front clip after the truck was stolen & wrecked in 1979.

thats the originol what are you guys talking about today bob chandler keep those smaller 48in tires on bigfoot 1 it used to have 66in but now he keeps the 48s on it plus you could tell it used to have the 66s on it look at how much travel space those 48s have the trucks lifted for 66s right here hes got about over a foot of travel space and with the 66s hes has probably only 6in of travel

That Truck is an icon. Just love those 78-79 Ford front ends. I own a Mint 2006 Powerstroke, bought brand new. Would rather that Late 70's ,Truck style for sure. Big Block Ford Power !!!

@BLACKLACDTS I think you're right. I have a 1978 or 79 magazine of my dad's and I think it's the origonal... which had realy different wheels and tires. The tires were realy tall and not that wide and the wheels were white 3 spoke. Was on top of a hill with a couple of guys in the back I think. I'll have to dig it up.

I had a BigFoot VHS tape as a kid , I'm pretty sure that was on the tape. The wheels and tires are a lil smaller now but not a lot has changed.

The original BIGFOOT was the ultimate 4x4. The bigger ones got too big.

In some states it is.

it is legal. Eventually the truck was modified more and more to the "monster truck" we all know and of course that's not legal lol.

That cam needs to be a smidge LESS lumpy. At least lighten it up so it will idle w/ out dying.

TIREKILLERZ Technically this isn’t the original body due to mudding the truck which caused major rust issues. According to Mr. Chandlers memory, this is the third or forth body on it. But the original #1 cab is still in the loft at Bigfoot. The abuse #1 took in the beginning, it could even be more than four bodies and chassis’s?
