I was out yesterday on the Duck River and only got one. But it was on a bait I made so that does help 😂

Beautiful new river and the place was gorgeous. 6 species is cool and relates to my experience some trips. Rock bass have saved more than one to keep it interesting. And you stumbled upon another Mexican food place to ease the pain. I never leave the house without my cooler bag, stay hydrated brother. Blessings John

These videos are so good! I'm about to try using 8lb braid, and a 5lb mono leader. I'm thinking the PR knot may be to hard to tie with such light line and no bobbin. If it doesn't work I'll try the FG, if that doesn't work, I guess I'll resort to a blood knot. If anyone has suggestions for light line to leader knots, that have to pass through micro guides on a bfs rod, I'd appreciate it....FishOn...Jim

After watching your videos for a long time, it has caused me to go out and get a kayak not a expensive one but nice a Ascend 12T so far I Love it...just added kill guards made out of kydex..but was wondering what kind of creek shoes do you wear because I have found out I need some

ive tried all kinds, some are good but all wear out if you use them in the water a lot, tennis shoes, sandles work but try crosskix or columbia water shoes

Aside from that emerald colored water,that area reminds me of parts of the Flint GA. Too bad they have shoalies there,huh😂. Fish on JD

great water John.you ever use thr mission ned bomb lure? i was reelin it in yestetdsy and ii saw a wake come from my right under a tree and crush it.15 incher..then 30.min later got a snapper turtle .he wss upside down and wasn't pulling at all at first i thought i was snagged on a fat stick.hook popped out after 2 min if him pullin like a tank .i think i got his shell .i didnt hurt it but ut wssnt happy about being on a string.try ned bomb on zman head and pop it. but they do bite it on retreive too

Hey man, thought you might check something out as an alternative to the tape holding the camera battery. I run a Ram Mount Tough Pole. And to mount the external battery, I run a Ram Mount X-Grip with the claw to mount it to the the pole. Works GREAT

What you caught is about normal size for that river mostly small fish if you catch a smallmouth over 2lbs you had a good day.
